We believe that by addressing “the tough issues” we can promote more effective parenting and healthy childhoods. This is why we believe that "Can We Talk?" can make a positive and significant difference in the lives of young people.

Building and maintaining a parent-focused statewide health education program requires hard work, partnerships, creativity, and resources. And it’s a vital job that those of us working with "Can We Talk?" are fully committed to doing.

"Can We Talk?"  is made possible with support from the Rhode Island Department of Health. Technical support is also provided by the Rhode Island Department of Education. "Can We Talk?" also recieves support from corporations, foundations, and generous gifts from individuals.
